This 125+ MGO honey is an ideal everyday addition to a healthy lifestyle.
Aotea Manuka Honey is produced on the remote island of Aotea in the north of New Zealand. It is a 'raw' honey, handmade, processed without heat and not blended with other honeys.
The island is densely covered with Manuka trees and no agricultural chemicals are used - this helps to ensure the honey's purity.
The flavour and texture of Aotea Honey can vary according to the beehive, area or year in which it was produced. By not blending their honey and producing only small batches, Aotea maintains the honey's unique, natural characteristics.
Aotea Honey comes in small glass jars which look great, and are great for the planet, too!
How to use: enjoy a slow spoonful of honey, use to make a hot drink or in place of sugar as a natural sweetener, enjoy with toast or yoghurt or use to add flavour to cooking.
